Herb Club

Join us for a year of herbs, nature, creativity, and friendship!

Herb Club is a small-group, once-a-month gathering for girls and feminine-identifying youth ages 7–13, welcoming anyone who feels at home in a nurturing, girl-centered community and loves exploring the natural world. One Saturday afternoon per month, we’ll spend the seasons learning about medicinal plants, making herbal remedies, creating nature-inspired art, cooking with herbs, hiking the trails, and building meaningful connections with each other and the earth.

During the warmer months, we’ll gather at the Farmacy Herbs farm, where we’ll explore the gardens, harvest herbs, enjoy nature walks, and learn outdoors. As the weather cools, we’ll move indoors to the Farmacy Herbs apothecary in Providence for cozy afternoons of herbal crafting, tea blending, seasonal projects, and hands-on learning.

Throughout the year, participants will:

• Make herbal teas, salves, syrups and other natural remedies
• Follow the seasons of the moon and seasonal cycles.
• Cook and bake with herbs and seasonal ingredients
• Create botanical art and nature-inspired crafts
• Explore the woods and gardens through guided hikes and outdoor adventures
• Enjoy relaxing sauna sessions during select gatherings
• Celebrate the changing seasons with special traditions and projects
• Build confidence, creativity, and lasting friendships in a supportive community
• Have conversations about our bodies, hearts and emotions

Herb Club offers a fun supportive environment where each child is encouraged to ask questions, explore their curiosity, and develop a lifelong relationship with plants and the natural world.

Whether your child dreams of becoming an herbalist or simply loves being outside, Herb Club is a place to slow down, create with their hands, and experience the joy of learning together, one season at a time.
