This kit contains:

Heal All Salve
Plantain Leaf (Plantago major), Calendula Flower (Calendula officiinalis) , Comfrey Leaf ( Symphytum officinale), Essential oil of : Lavender  (Lavendula augustifolia), and Tea Tree,Vitamin E, Beeswax, Coconut Oil .  After cleaning cuts, scrapes, splinters, beesting, insect bites, rashes, itching, fungal infections, apply topically to area as needed.

All Purpose Poultice
Yarrow Leaf and Flower (Achilia millefolium), Block Island Clay.
Take a small amount of herb and mix with water, to make a paste. Apply to bleeding wound, poison ivy, splinter,  and wrap with a clean cloth. After 20 minutes, gently soak to remove plant matter. Clean and bandage as needed.

Sleep Now Tincture
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata).  Take 2 dropperful for insomnia as needed.  Also works for menstrual cramp relief and stress relief.
Digest the Best Tincture
Fennel (Foniculum vulgare), Catnip (Nepata catataria), Dandelion (Taraxacum off). Take 2 dropperful every 15 minutes for up to 2 hours, or until symptoms subside,  during times of digestive upset.

Ache Away Salve
Solomon’s Seal Oil (Polygonatum multiflora), Arnica Oil (Arnica montana) , St. Johns Wort Oil (Hypericum perforatum), Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum minimum), Vitamin E Oil, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Lavender & Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Directions: Apply to skin to support muscular health.
Use for occasional bruises, aches and pains.
Avoid contact with sensitive areas and open wounds. This salve is hot!!

Anti-septic Wash
Calendula (Calendula off), Comfrey Leaf ( Symphytum officinale), Yarrow (Achillia millefollium), Rosemary (Rosemary off). Take 2 tbsp of herb per 1 cup steaming hot water. Place herbs in cup, let steep for 1 hour. Strain out herbs. Use the infusion to wash any kind of skin abrasions.  Use as an eye wash, foot soak, sitz bath, or a wound wash!
